We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all products.

Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Used or worn ear muffs.
• Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling.

Return Process

• Contact us within 7 days to initiate a return.
• Product will be inspected before approval.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Shipping charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the mistake is from our side.
